I'm a total noob when it comes to Q. I've logged plenty of time on a charcoal grill, but it's standard fair: chicken, pork chops, steaks, hot dogs and burgers, so I'm trying to aggressively expand my repertoire.
I live on the Albemarle Sound near Elizabeth City, NC and work in Corrections. I'm 31 and have a wife and 3 nerve-wracking daughters.
My experiences with grilling came through a trusty Weber that I bought when I first reached adulthood. I recently bought a Char-Griller Professional with cast iron for the cooking area, and it's the first grill I've used with a temperature gauge, so that's different!
I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can about the wonderful world of Q!
