hi guys, I an new to this form of conversation. I have been smoking and grilling for years well at least I thought I had. A couple of weeks ago we
cooked pork spare ribs the right way for the first time with the advice
from one of your posts and what a difference it made. This prompted me
to want to learn more from all of you. I am cookibng pork rib tips today
with advice from another of your posts. Low n Slow the only wat to go.
