Man those look good! I finished my mini a few days ago. I can't get over what a killer cooker it is. Rock steady temps. Think I'll have to do pork steaks next. Those steaks are huge!

i usually grill mine but i will smoke them the next time as those look great.

Those are some great looking pork steaks and peppers. What did you fill you peppers with? I have tried a couple of different combinations of cheese and bacon and am still trying to convert the wife to the power of peppers.
