Nothing dang it!! It's restaurant week in Charlotte and the wife wants us to go out with friends this weekend. Good thing is we get go to the " Finer" restaurants for only $30 a person for 4 courses. My vote is the Brazillian steak house.

Think I am going to check out RD at lunch today and maybe pick up a packer for Sunday and some Ribs for Saturday afternoon!

Ribs!!! Family coming in tonight so I am getting ready to put 2 slabs of pork ribs on. Think I will try these without butchering into St Louis style, haven't cook 'em that way in a while.
ABT's!!! Made these a while ago for these folks and they won't quit talking about them. :grin: Gonna stuff them with cheese and some homemade buckboard bacon that just got done.

Going right now I have a 10# shoulder, 5# chuckie, 8 chicken quarters, (2) St Louis ribs, and 3# beef tenderlion. Making pulled beef and pork, chicken and steak pot pies in ramekins, mac n cheese, and nanna puddin. Trying out my new Food Saver. My son goes back to college Sunday and I want his fridge to be full.....:biggrin1:

About to prep chicken thighs for dinner. And, I've got 4 butts for tomorrow.
I have a big cook Sunday butts and spares... So I was gonna take it easy Saturday but now I'm going to find some oxtail thanks to you!
Dunno. Chix for sure as always. Off work Monday (I think) so I'll see what's looking good. Maybe I'll do something out of the "7 Fires" book I just got.

4 days of great weather. I will BBQ 3 of them. Tonight it's prime rib a taters. Tomorrow my daughter has requested shrimp for her BD. Sunday will be a gathering of friends. One of my buddies dad passed away so i will be with them on sunday. Pork butt on Monday.
And dam, I just lost 10 pounds. Looks like I might find out where it went this weekend. Lol
