Apologies for the San Fransisco treat, but the wife wanted it with her meal tonight.
1 1/2" Chops indirect to 130 and then seared to 145.

These chops were solid. S&P only. Nice crust with a white center. Juicy as all-get-out. Wife not happy with amount of pepper, but that's OK...I loved it.

FYI...Those are fried cracker crumbs on the veggies.

I did reverse sear bone in pork chops this week as well. Yours looks great!!!

Great looking chops. Many a Que meal accompanied by that San Francisco Treat, any flavor(they really all kinda taste the same, love em, kids love em)

Looks like some good food to me..I couldn't help noticing how good your floor looks as well! I love hardwood floors!!!!!
I know some people refer to policemen as pigs but I've never heard of "Pork Cops" :caked:
