We went hog hunting last week and brought back a bunch of wild pork. My son killed this lil 25-30# pig the first day, so I rubbed it up and threw it on the smoker whole (after cutting it in two so it would fit) a couple days ago. Delicious! Good stuff, hard to beat free pork!

Happiness is a dead hog, True Happiness is a dead hog on my pit! I like wild hogs....... with a side of Slaw and a cold beer.

We wound up with a total of 11 hogs in three days hunting between the whole group. The wild pork is leaner than domestic, but excellent as long as you stay away from the big, rank boars.
