Finally got it on. Good thing this isn't all we had for dinner.
Got a little bath in Stubbs beef marinade then a light coat of kosher salt and a heavy dose of Bovine Bold.

Finally got butta probe. I'm the foil resting now. Late night snack? Don't mind if I do.
More pron when I slice.

I love my craft beers, but sometimes nothing beats a good High Life.

Looking forward to the final pron too!

Turned out pretty good. Very tender but not very juicy. I opened the foil after about an hour and the bark was coming off so I took it out of the foil and added some rub. Not sure if that was a mistake. The wife and my one year old loved it and I guess that's all that really matters. Thanks for looking. Y74062

Good looking brisket, that is a very well defined smoke ring, I forgot how those BGEs cook. Great cook.
