Sorry no pictures but I cooked my first Rib Cap last night. I had to search on the web for the last 6 months to find it but it was well worth the search. It easily fed 6 people and was truly the most flavorful beef I have ever tasted.

I saw one ccooked on the Today show and everyone made a huge fuss over it. I Googled it and after 6 months of searching I found one on line......It was worth the search.

Ok, ok, I kinda figured that might have been what you talking about, had no idea you could buy it seperately, anything for a price I guess. No doubt it is a great piece of beef, always favored it when having my prime rib.
