Recieved my order yesterday:

I've used the yardbird already and love it! The rest of these seem to get high marks around here, so I decided to try them as well. Picked up some chicken wings to use for initial testing.

A couple a pops to help me along.

From those of you that have already used thes rubs and sauces, please chime in and give me some ideas on how you like to use them, all input welcome.

Thanks!

I got some of the rubs minus the jerk just recently, but have yet to try them. I got both the sauces though, they are extremely tasty to me...

I mix Yardbird and Bovine Bold 50/50 and use as a rib rub. That RAWKS.

Have not tried The Jerk, but I bet it would kick a$$ on wings. Maybe try it 50/50 with Yardbird or Bovine for ribs. Hmmmm.

Just sayin'...

I like The Jerk seasoning on pork chops. 50/50 Yardbird/Jerk on tenderized chix breast is what I take to work for lunch. Great stuff!

We are huge fans of all of PlowBoy's products.

We love The Jerk on pork and poultry mostly as an added layer of flavor with the chili background taste.
It is used "straight" on the bacon wrapped goodies like ABTs and such.
Just wish I could buy 5# bags of it! 8)

Fin and Feather has a distinct citrus flavor and we love it on poultry.
Also used on the bacon wrapped thingies as a change up from The Jerk.

Great Eats!!

We use all the products except the jerk, and they are great. Just haven't tried the jerk.

I have used them all and they are all really good products, I have used the Jerk on butts and chicken with really good results.
Doesn't it make you kind of think what the heck when chicken wings cost more than
steak does :)?

Yep, that does amaze me, but heck, look at the price of ground beef, even the cheap stuff cost more than some pretty good steak cuts, it's amazing to me.

I like them all. Yardbird is great on everything from pork butt and ribs to eggs. I use The Jerk on ribs and everyone loves it, including myself. I say go nuts, just start putting it on everything. You left out Fin & Feather from your order, put that on the list for next time. It's my go to on spatchcocked birds.

For sure, I have Fin and Feather on my list. The outfit I ordered from didn't carry that for some reason.
