Lamb-chop-recipes

This is a roman style lamb recipe perfect for the grill. It combines the delicate taste of olive oil and garlic with lamb that you will enjoy. If you have never had lamb-hops you are in for a surprise.

ingredients

shoulder chops of lamb
garlic diced, minced parsley, rosemary, olive oil for a marinade
mix the marinade together
so this is what you do
place the above marinade of garlic, olive oil ,lemon juice, and parsley and rosemary in a bowl. place your lamb chops in the marinade
Refrigerator either overnight or for several hours.
then get the lamb chops and get the grill going. Place the lamb chops on the grill.Figure around 4 minute a side with the grill top open. Lamb is rich in oils so keep the meat away from the flames in other words near the cooler part of the grill.
Use your clean thermometer to check on the temperature of the meat. You are aiming for a temperature of 141 to 170f

note lamb has alot of fat be careful there is no flareups i love lamb
