Nothing fancy or unusual here:

Couple of "ltty bitty chickes" butterflied and into the Zesty Italian bath for a couple of hours. Dusted with PlowBoys Fin and Feather. Love the citrus kick. :clap2:

On the indirect side of the PG 500 at 325 to about 100 deg IT:

Then direct at about 475 ish till the color and char was right. No need to adjust the temp on the PG 500, the direct grill area is about 150% of the indirect side where the temp is monitored by the controller.

Then back to indirect till they temped out at about 170 ish.
