Pizza/steak

I tried another type of sicilian pizza yesterday for lunch. This a replica of Victory Pig pizza, I think north east Pa and I combined the cheese to the edge like Detroit style. Now I never tried either so I have no clue if it's close but they are tasty.

Also tried a chuck eye for the first time. I really like this cut. Not a bad price for these steaks either.

And yes! Another convert for ChuckEye!!! It's a great cut. The only problem I have with it is the price increases since it became more popular.

I think I paid like $6 a pound. Not bad considering a round steak here is like $4 a pound. I got two of the same size and put one through the grinder for a hamburger. It was real good. Sounds crazy but I like a real good steak sandwich or burger over a steak.

I really think we all need to stop talking about chuck eye steaks because I am afraid if word keeps getting around the price will start climbing. :wink: They remain one of the best buys on the market right now. I love 'em.
