Anyone know how PMT cooks his shoulder clods?

P.S. PMT ... I tried to send you a PM, but your mailbox is full-up!

Cook it like you would a brisket. I did one last weekend

I am sure he will be along to explain it to you.
Just be patient.

I am sure no one else is as qualified as he is.

There is a PMT clod video. He cooks it kinda like roast beef and slices it kinda rare.

Hosers... I am genuinely interested because I love buffet-style sliced roast beef.

There's lots of talk about cooking it like a brisket, which I would prefer not to if the product turns out good cooking it "oven roast" style.

I also don't want to ruin a big ass piece of meat either.

This seems a contentious topic so I'll let sleeping dogs lie and research what I can on the existing interwebs.

Smoke at 200-225 for an hour or two them ramp up to 400 until medium rare.

do what again? WTF? the guy was just kidding. and really, I am a dick. I thought I played one on the internet at least.

Why in the world is the injection secret using the astroglide, and mascerated butcher paper gone.... how do you know.... that it does not improve the flavor of the clod? Hmm? without trying it? sure it leaves marks but it makes it jiggly.
