Everything that went into the pot but the beans were grilled on mesquite. Pattied burgers, sirloin steaks, tomatoes, garlic, onions, peppers, chilies. Used home grown, dried, smoked chili powder mix. Here is the shot when everything went in. 2 hours later it won me a 2 day paid vacation at the chili competition at work.
