Got the 30 gallon burned out and painted up.

It dialed in nicely a little over 350 and held.

Cooked up a bird with SM SeasonAll and SM Pecan. Good looking bird and I am gonna love this new weapon.

Not sure I would burnout on the patio again but didn't seem to do any damage.
