The fence builders just trimmed back a huge Lemon tree in my back yard and I cut anything bigger than 1" and stacked it for drying. Can't wait to see what it does to some chicken or fish. Anyone have suggestions?
thanks!

Lemon when seasoned has a light tangy smoke with a very mild hint of citrus.

Very good on Pork, Ribs, and Chicken.

I love all citrus, my brother lives if Florida and brings a load up a couple times a year, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, and tangerine. GREAT STUFF...

That actually sounds awesome! No lemon trees here in Missouri though...

Well if you DO come across one, be careful they have huge thorns. I guess mother nature thinks lemons are more valuable than the "If life gives you Lemons" parable.
