I'm all about easy, big can of bush's beans, medium can of luck's fried apples, tablespoon SM cherry rub, 1 cup blues hog bbq sauce, 1/4 cup
water........simple goodness.....

So....from start to finish on the butts...
12.5 hours running 325-350*...four small chunks of oak and 18lbs of charcoal, had to add a webber chimney full of unlit on top of the lit coal basket
about 7 hours in, by running the pit hotter, of course meant more fuel is spent...
Butts taken off pit @ 190*, panned with a little apple juice and rested
in a 200* oven for 2 hours.....
