Been a while since I posted. Please be gently on the way it was cooked. Thought about entering this into the October Fest Throwdown, but don't think it would qualify. Being what heritage I'm from, I love sauerkraut type dinners. This consisted of Country Style Ribs and Sausage both quickly grilled seared, bagged sauerkraut, head of cabbage, green/red bell peppers, onion, red taters, salt/pepper, fennel seed, touch of sugar, and I don't drink so I used Ginger Ale.
