Good Butchers in the Bay Area

Can anyone recommend any good butchers in the San Francisco bay area?

It would depend on what you are looking for and how far you are willing to travel. I go to Berkeley Bowl West, they have a great selection of meat and actual butchers to cut if you need something just right. Ver Brugges in Oakland is also good, but, very expensive. Al' Market in Castro Valley is quite good, but, he only does Harris Ranch beef, so you have to know what you want, it is no-roll, so there are no USDA gradings. Same for Encinal Markets butcher shop, very good cutting and service, but, Harris Ranch beef as well.
