We just finished our first KCBS comp at Smoke on the River, in Quincy, Illinois this weekend. It was pretty awesome to be cooking alongside some of the top teams on the circuit right now, and fellow brethren like TippyCanoe, 4 Smokin Butts, Rippel-Que, Gilly's, Bubba Joe's, B&B, and many others.
We were greeted and welcomed among the best. Several of the teams came by frequently to chat and just see if we needed anything. Thanks for making us feel part of the "family" right out of the gate. We know it's late in the season but looking forward to many more comps with you guys next year. Thanks again !!!!:thumb:
