KCBS Awards Banquet

Saturday, January 21, 2006 at the Clarion Hotel near the sports complex in Kansas City. Is anyone thinking of going to this? If so, they will reserve tables of 8 or 10. Let me know if you're interested. Tammy and I are planning on going. The Clarion is offering blocks of rooms discounted to $70 per night for KCBS members. Cocktail hour is from 6pm to 7pm and dinner is 7pm to 8:30 with awards to follow.

Rumor has it that at least one of those discount hotel websites has rooms there the night of the banquet for $55. Just an FYI.
