Yes in a way this does have something to do with bbq. I'm working on a 250 gallon oil drum to make a large grill out of but I needed a sturdier cart than the Harbor Freight one I had so I welded this up. And NO I'm not a welder I've only been pretending (ahh practicing) for a few months.

Nice! My first project after I bought my MIG was also a cart. Mine is not as nice as yours but gets the job done. You must have a roller or bender too? How did you make the handle?

Actually this whole thing was made mostly from scraps from the steel dumpster at work. No roller it is from the back of an old chair. I save everything that is steel, aluminum, brass, stainless or copper oh yeah wood too. Beats buying it.

Far from being a welder (thank the lord for grinders) but I do have a pretty mindless job that gives me a whole lotta time to dream up things and recipes. Now I'm trying to learn my welding technique. So more practice. Gimme something to weld!

So glad I decided to go with the 220 volt mig. I actually run it off my generator till I get time to wire the garage.
