My wife and I went with some friends to a medieval reenactment in Western Pa two weeks ago. I brought my newly built UDS, and my ice cream maker...
We made smoked chicken, MD style pit beef and Bacon Ice cream with pig candy topping.
Can you say delicious???
Anyway, I think I messed up.(LOL) Our camp of 30 has what we call a meal plan. For the 18 days, each couple or a pair of people, cook 1 dinner. Breakfast and lunch is on each person. # days are free days, where you fend for yourselves. Now I get to cook more than my 1-2 times in two weeks because everyone loved the BBQ!
