Sunday night a chit load of wings for the hall of fame game!!!! So happy football is back!!! Some thick ribeyes tonight, kids are gone for the weekend!:clap:

I'm either doing a surplus picnic left in the freezer from a comp, or I'm going to do my first packer brisket. Weird I've never done one, I keep ending up with large flats.

Tonight hamburgers for all the family. Will make them with mixed ground beef chuck & ground pork belly. Topped with fresh tomatoes, salad and grilled red onions. Will try also Shak attack sauce. Can't wait! :icon_smile_tongue:

Steaks and spud bombs tonight, then tomorrow, the exhaust on the plane taking me back to NC. Been in CA for 3 weeks visiting. Although I enjoy cooking on the son in law's 22 OTG, I miss my smokers at home!

I bought a standing rib roast around Memorial Day but something came up and I had to freeze it. Gonna thaw it out and slow smoke it with some cherry wood and grille some fresh squash marinaded in italian dressing along with grilled corn on tha cob and seasoned salt. Will asume the duty of fire control office rand prevent any flare ups with numerous budwiesers.

Doing a couple butts over night Sat.

Was thinking about trying to do some chuck roast burnt ends, but have never done them and not sure how to proceed yet. Some say low and slow. Some say 275-300. Some say pull and cube at around 170*. Some say 185+*. I'm so confused. :-)

I will be smoking 4 pork butts and so far as of right now 7 racks of ribs maybe more I am awaiting some orders, beans and some taters

had my birthday party at kaena point park on oahu. just a bunch of hawaiian food and a beach almost all to myself. a few good friends and a lot of beer.
