KCBS contest entrance fee: $250
Sites are 10 x 30 – Includes Electricity (20 amps)

Total prize money $4,600.00

New London is up to 16 teams, which means it is an auto-qualifier if no other sanctioned contests show up in CT. (or if more contests show up and they are won by someone already going to the Jack)

Better check that with the KCBS office or American Royal. Second year has to be 25 teams.

Not if it's the only sanctioned contest in the state, which is currently the case for CT.

In fact, for the Jack, just being the only contest in the draw with 15 or more teams is enough. (In Maine, the 2nd year 18 team contest Smokin' at the Ballbark became an auto-qualifier this year because the winners of the other two (larger) Maine contests had already qualified for the Jack and therefore didn't enter the draw.)
