Ordered Myron Mixon's book earlier this week and tried out the baby back recipe + the associated marinade, rub and glaze recipes. Smoked 3 racks for a small party at my house last night and everyone agreed that it was the best rib they had ever tasted. They were using words like "phenomenal", "professional" and "oh my God!".
