Loaded my pyrex bowls w/ provolone / mozz / sauce / pepperoni / sausage / garlic and topped w/ pizza dough.

400 degrees for @ 40-45 min

Wow, so awesome, they look absolutely Delicious! Another recipe I'm going to have to make happen soon. Did you use some butter or something to coat the tops of the Pyrex bowls?

Coated the bowls inside & out with EVOO

Nice, thanks. I often make pizza, this looks like a great way to spend more time around the fire and less time fussing. Love it.

I'd scarf that down quick.

The first idea that came to mind after looking at the pics was put a layer of pizza dough on the bowl first, then fill with fillings, then top with more pizza dough. Sort of like a real pizza pie.

That looks so good. That would be a good thing to premake and freeze so that you can have those pizza pocket things always on hand
