Man that Weber kettle is easy, convenient, and fun to cook on. I can hang with the twins and still cook me some Que. Thanks to CarolinaQue for the great sauce. :hail: Not a very good finish pic but the taste was great!!!!:thumb:

Looks great to me. :thumb: How long did it take you to cook? Did you keep temp at around 250?

Ya, more or less @ around 250. I just set it and let it do it's thing. I don't get too nutty with the temps unless it's a real slow cook. I'd say the meatballs were around an hour or so and the ribs about 2 hours. I used lump so it was a little faster (and being in the small size of the kettle. Everything was pretty moist and tender. I pulled the ribs around 160 and just eyeballed the meatballs.

Looks great! I'm wondering if those short ribs could of cooked a bit longer. Most pics I see of those around here have more extreme pull back. Like almost halfway up the bone.

El Ropo. I think you're right on the money. I did put them back on after the pic. The were a little too pink for my liking. They did pull back more. Very tasty.
