Been real busy this past weekend. Entertaining family and friends. Did ribs Friday night and Shish Kebabs Saturday. We had a little relaxation time and decided on some burgers.

Prepped some items to add to the beans.

Burgers ready for the Weber. Used McCormicks Cowboy rub exept for the puppies burger.

Put leftover veggies from Shish Kebab throwdown in the food processer. Added a touch of white wine and cooked it down to serve as a sauce for the burgers. It was really good. Better than it looks.

I'm sure she does. Rubs just don't agree with her digestive tract.

I understand now. Your dog does eat well though. Does he like his buns toasted?

Nice looking meal, those beans look amazing and there's nothing like grilled Corn on the cob w/ plenty of butter and salt

Just curious...do you blanch your corn first? or am I the only one?

Funny, I had almost the exact same meal except the wife brought home 73% burger (it was on sale). I foiled the gasser before grilling and just before pulling the meat...wallaaah huge grease fire, lol. Got most of the burgers off in time. Yours look amazing, even the buns are perfect. Bravo

Conlan, I do not blanch the corn. Just straight on the grill. I think I saw a show where they put the corn in ice water before going on the grill. Not sure of the science side of that but mine seems to always be pretty good. Thanks
