A favourite type of snapper came on sale so we are into it.
Skin down fried with butter EVOO lemon juice and fresh garlic and pepper, over sourdough toast and dressed in the sauce.
A little salad on the side and crispy coral prawns done with a rub made up of cumin, black pepper, dried oregano powder,cinnamon,and a pinch of ras el hanout.

Side dish was bok choy in a oyster and mustard sauce with speck.
