Nothing crazy.....just some great baby backs on the char-griller. 2-1-1
Rubbed down last night with my standard homemade rub.

On the Chargriller...rolling at about 230

After 1 hour....sprayed with apple juice

After 2 hours....pulled and foiled (Parkay, Honey, Brown Sugar)

After 3 Hours....removed from foil and back on the rack...sprayed with apple juice again

After 4 hours....added sauce to 2 of the racks and let them go another 15 minutes.....Only got a pic of one done...the others were cut and inhaled right away :)
