I have a Weber Smokey Mountain, and have e silly question. When cooking different meats (ribs and brisket) on the 2 racks, how do you adjust the cooking times.

I would put the brisket on bottom because the ribs will be finished first.

I would start the butt or brisket first and add the ribs later on.

Always remember pork dripping on anything is a very good thing.:-D
