If any of you have cooked Berkshire Pork Butts and ribs, have you noticed any difference in the cooking times from regular old pork butts and ribs?
If the sizes are the same no, sometimes the ribs are smaller so they do cook a bit faster.
I haven't done those particular cuts Berkshire, but I've done a couple bone in loin roasts and didn't notice any time difference. That is some tasty stuff!
Oh wait - I did do a whole Berkshire shoulder once, no time difference if I remember correctly (always a dicey proposition :twitch:).

Cook by temperature...criminal offense to overcook Berkies!
