It coming up on the 4th, I have noticed some confusion about using your grills. There is a wealth of information at

Highlight "GRILL OUT", click on "Grilling Tips", and there will be heading "Grilling Guides".
Each heading will give you the basics of cooking a many things under each category. I have these pages printed out in a binder for reference.
These are not the "best" recipes. They are ones that will get you started.
As an example, Ribs, baby back 1½–2 lb 3 to 4 hours indirect low heat (250° to 300°F)
