Whole Chick were on sale this week, so... I wet marinaded it with lemon juice, EVOO, thyme, rosemary, and galic powder for about an hour. I took it out of the fridge and applied Simply Marvelous Pecan Rub. Haven't used that in a while. Put it in at just under 350 with K blue and cherry chunks. About an hour and a half and pulled it. Sorry no plate shots. We were to hungry to wait! Thanks for looking.
