On my Smokey Joe I Just grilled up some mojo marinated chicken breast over some mesquite wood, basted with some sriracha cider bbq sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoon sriracha
mix well

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoon sriracha
mix well

Saw this thread this morning, immediately called my wife to make sure we were doing chicken tonight, since she loves sriracha. I did legs and thighs, cooked over direct heat on the upper level of my BGE.

Made the sauce, simmered in a saucepan for a few minutes, and brushed it on during the last 10 minutes or so of the cook. Came out really good. My sauce had a more red-color than your pic, but it tasted great.

My wife had also made some buttered egg noodles on the side. Discovered that the sauce went really well with the noodles- I took the remaining sauce and mixed it in with the noodles. Mmmmm.
