Anyone using Man Grates (http://www.mangrate.com/) on a kettle? What's the set up? How's it work?

New guy here (well, been a longtime lurker), but that has to be the worst web site of all time. It's as if they didn't want to show the product.

Looks to be a cast iron version of "grill grates". Seems like a PITA. And I love cast iron cookware.

BigButzBBQ did a review of them: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=101791

I'm not sure what you'd like to know that their website doesn't cover, but just in case I can answer your questions. Here's my review from a while ago.

The website seems dedicated to gassers. I was interested in how they fit and how they worked on a kettle. I saw your review,it answered my questions. Thanks.

i would go with the stok cast iron grates or the craycorts before the mangrates

the mangrates seem like a hassle.

I have the craycort, mangrates and GrillGrates. Each works very well. There is nothing to hassle with on the Mangrates. Over the years I gave come to use each one for a different purpose.

I do think the Mangrates and GrillGrates are much less maintenance than the craycort.

Not that it's all that important but when I want the most eye appealing result I use the Mangrates and GrillGrates.
