well trying out some rubs today.. 6 racks of BB ribs.. 6 diff Simply Marvelous BBQ Rubs.. let the good times roll... Yea yea yea i know pictures.. Not for at least 3 more hours..


Also have every BBQ Sauce they have to try too.. Going to be a nice tasting evening watching the last of the US Open.. And munching some ribs..

You can't go wrong with SM rubs.

I'm sure they will turn out great. Thats the temp I do my ribs at now. For me thats about 4 hours with some pull. SM is great stuff just watch out for temp spikes.
