Wondering if any Brethren have experience with this product. Looks like a nice hunk o beef with reasonable shipping costs compared to other sources I checked online.

It looks really good, but the price makes the "Wally World" briskeys look even better. :decision:

I'm not a fan of a 10lb brisket, Wagyshukisimiobe or not.

Yep, I have bought several from them. A tad undersize for what I want for comps, but it is a good quality product IMO.
