too windy to fish today , so I rubbed down 3 logs of Bob Evan's sausage and smoked them with apple wood. I used three different rubs. First was "sweet seduction" which has some kinda peach flavor in it. Second was a java rub by Steve Raichlen and lastly some "peppered cow" rub. I love having a supply of these on hand. so easy to just slice off a couple pieces and re-heat in skillet or microwave and serve with eggs in the morning.

Hell yes! I made a few fatties last weekend with some sausage leftover from stuffing. Had kielbasa and hot link. Fark that stuff is good!

well dunno yet...two went to freezer and third is for breakfast in a.m. I'm having the peppered cow as I have a thing for black pepper, LOL.
