I guess jacking your recipe is the most sincere form of flattery.

6th Street Red and Wet BBQ Sauce - YouTube

I never frothed it up.

Compared to:

Pitmaster T's Video Recipe Series - Beale Street Redd and Wett - YouTube

He used to give me credit...uses my name right off.

Butt Glitter Rub - YouTube

I am part of Americana again.... I am the BBQ world's David Hasselhoff.

Actually, now that I watch his video again it seems he is doing things in the reverse way. The time to boil or simmer actually is after all your liquids are in. THEN goes the spices, sugars, salts etc. THEN after a nice boiling, you can add your thick stuff to a rice spice steeped liquid. In his way the only way to get the flavors to marry to a thick liquid is time, heat or both.

I have never skimmed off the scum? WTF?

Not as fun as Barbefunkoramaque was....

The best part is that he re-names the reference from a famous Memphis street to an equally famous Austin street...
