I have two butts, 1 brisket and one UDS. Should the butts or the brisket go on the top rack?
I've always been told to put whatever is gonna come off first on the top, unless it's chicken, of course. You don't want the chicken juices dripping on other meat. :smile:

I usually do butts over brisket

OK. Thanks. I was planning to do butts over brisket. That also fits what Tish says, so looks like a got a winner. Appreciate it!
