Pretty much a newbie. Not sure if going to be home with the CG offset or at the cabin assembling the CG egg clone.
Leaning towards doing some of the mac and cheese I have seen on here, that looks nom-licious. Prally do burgers for the boy..
Would like to do a pork chop or two, never grilled one before.
And thinking something more substantial, as grilling does not seem right without a large chunk of meat..
Tri-Tip? Roast?
Ideas?
