I keep seeing that citrus rub at wally world, is it any good?

Its' pretty good, small quantities cause its strong. I like it the best on fish, But I don't LOVE it. maybe a once a month seasoning

Chilis, salt and dehydrated lime. What's not to like? Try it on watermelon sometime.

Raw. I've seen grilled somewhere on the web but haven't tried it myself. Oh! And cantelope too. It is, after all, originally for fruit.
