I started out with grilled Vidalia onions this I used the Neeyl's recipe with bacon bits, butter and blue cheese

On a raised grid @ 350* for 1 hr. + until soft

Grilled to interior temp. 130*

Grilled the romaine with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and blue cheese

Served with brown rice as well, I like this recipe for the grilled onions the blue cheese is wonderful

^^^^^ What he said. I haven't cooked a sirloin in at least 15 years probably. Love the color of those. I'm going to have to give them a try again!
