It looks like a good marinade, but I like my good beef to taste like beef. I have seen lots of good, expensive steaks ruined because of all of the stuff people added to them. I recommend either grilling your steak nekkid or with just a little fresh ground pepper and a bit of coarse salt.

Steak cook-off. Nekkid wont cut it. I dont put alot of seasons on steaks for myself, but I need something to pop for that one bite. This is the second time I am doing a steak cookoff and last year we were in the final 10, but finished 7th or 8th. Those places don't do much for me.

I use Goya Adobo seasoning on all my steaks- AWESOME!
