No way I could have done this well without the forum. No way.

My UDS has been broken in for less then two weeks and this has been the best cook by far. Ive done alot of cooks that have pleased the family but thanks to you all I have definately upped my game.

Costco Swift natural ribs and a bacon weave fatty with mild Italian, cheese and hard salami.

My UDS likes 260 better than 250 but hey if thats the only issue.....
