I gave it a good rub with some Byron's Butt Rub. Smoked in my offset. I am not particular on which wood I use. It was a mixture yesterday. Pulled it apart and mixed in some of Roxy's mustard vinegar sauce. Put a big pile of it on a piece of white bread. Shook a little vinegar sauce from Billy's in Wallace, NC on top. Covered it with Reser's cole slaw. I didn't have any beers from Carolina on hand so I just went with my "go to" beer. Pretty tasty little supper.
