What are your favorites? What channel are they on, and can you watch them online?

All of them.

Anything that addresses BBQ is fine with me.

Now, a lot of folks have expressed their editorial views about many of the shows and this forum is loaded with those critiques.

So, I am sure they will chime in again and point out the shortcomings of the shows in their view.

Actually the ones I have seen I didn't care for them. Running to a truck to get meat and then in a big rush to cook it . is that really bbq. Now I do like a show where they visit a restruant and interview the owner and sometime you find something you might like on Youtube

I like Bobby Flay's BBQ addiction show on Food Network. I drool over that outdoor kitchen through the hole show.

Just about any BBQ show as I can glean something from them. I hate it when it is touted as a BBQ show and it is all about grilling. Though I like grilling too but call it what it is. The other thing that bugs me on network shows is the way they make BBQ sound like it is made by using a sauce.

As for Pitmasters a buddy was up in Lexington last weekend and apparently they were filming the season finale for the new season.

I like season 1 of BBQ Pitmasters, but don't care much for the format of season 2.

My newest one is:

GCB's (Good Christian Bitches); their latest episode does actually show how-to and definitely how NOT to do it.

I've watched a few BBQ Pitboys, they are pretty good. Actually watched one where he did a brisket on a weber kettle last night.

Pitmasters, especially season 1. Lots of stuff on you tube, some of it very good like JMSetzler's recent videos on basic bbqing, ManCaveMeals, and someone else who's name I can't remember but he posts videos here. There are others but I really enjoy and learn something from these videos.
