I ordered the CyberQ Wifi, and the Pit Bull 25 CFM Fan (http://www.thebbqguru.com/products/Pit-Bull-25-CFM-Fan.html) today. I have already purchased the bulkhead adapter. I have a Char-Griller Super Pro with the side firebox. I need information (drawing, etc.) on the proper placement for the bulkhead adapter. the only directions were to mount it below the grate. I was wondering which side to mount it on, and is there a deflector for it. It seems to me without a deflector it would blow on the ashes the coals. Thank you for any help. E Bittner

I've had 4 pits setup for a Guru/Stoker and all of the fans are mounted above the grate level and I've had no problems.

This is the document BBQ Guru puts out.

When I talked to them, they said to put in below grate level on the side of the firebox under the cook chamber. I'm not sure about that personally, but I'd love to hear people's experiences with that and other locations.
